Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Recruiter & Business Operations Specialist to grow our federal contracting team. You will lead sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding while also supporting government business development, proposal coordination, and day-to-day operations.

The role blends recruiting with operations, process improvement, and AI tool adoption in a small, fast-growing team. Hybrid work in Arlington, VA area with occasional in-person meetings; US citizenship required for federal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience and hands-on sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
• Strong written and verbal communication to engage candidates and partners.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and keeping records accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple openings, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Willingness to learn new technology and apply judgment with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Candidate Engagement: sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Recruiting Operations & Staffing Support: maintain records, dashboards, and candidate summaries.
• Government Opportunity Research & Proposal Support: research RFIs, Sources Sought, and proposals.
• Technology & Adaptability: learn new tools and adapt workflows, including AI.
• Business Operations & Team Coordination: scheduling, communications, and process improvements.
