Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking a Recruiter & Business Operations Specialist in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC Metro Area. The hybrid role focuses on recruiting, government business development, and proposal support for federal programs, with in-person availability as needed.

You will build candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and support day-to-day operations while contributing to growth across operations and staffing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience and pipeline management.
• Strong communication to candidates and partners.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining records.
• Ability to summarize information clearly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, screen, interview coordinations, and hand off to onboarding.
• Build pipelines for IT/government roles supporting federal programs.
• Coordinate with leadership and external partners to keep hiring moving.
• Support proposal staffing and government business development activities.
