• Experience managing high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for multiple roles or business lines simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
• Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple roles and business areas.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop and refine job descriptions.
• Post positions across appropriate job boards and professional organizations.
• Manage recruiting activity, documentation, reporting, and applicant tracking systems.
• Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-source and time-to-fill.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Identify and recommend new sourcing strategies and process improvements.
• Support onboarding and training of new recruiters by sharing knowledge and best practices.
