Job summary

Summit Midstream Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting for multiple company functions. This hybrid role partners with HRBPs and leadership to source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with ATS is preferred.
• Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Knowledge of employment law related to hiring.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm needs.
• Create and open requisitions in ATS.
• Post roles to relevant job boards.
• proactively source candidates daily via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen candidates by phone and document feedback.
• Schedule in-person interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Perform reference checks and background screening as needed.
• Coordinate travel for candidates as required.
• Develop offers with HRBP and negotiate terms to close hires.
• Attend recruiting events to build candidate pipelines.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and reporting.
• Deliver weekly recruiting reports to management.
• Support onboarding and orientation.
