Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and interview plan.
• Create and open requisitions within the company ATS.
• Post positions to relevant job boards using available resources.
• Proactively source and review candidates daily to build a strong pipeline.
• Phone screen candidates and record responses as directed by management.
• Schedule in-person interviews and liaise between candidates and the company.
• Notify candidates of their status through various channels.
• Initiate reference checks and other assessments.
• Assist with background checks and drug screens.
• Coordinate travel plans for candidates as needed.
• Negotiate offers with hiring managers to close hires.
• Attend recruiting events including college and military career fairs.
• Maintain ATS and candidate-tracking reports.
