Job summary

Allpoints Land Survey, LLC is hiring a Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting and coordinate onboarding in a hybrid Houston setting. You’ll partner with hiring managers to align staffing with priorities and ensure timely hiring across field, operations, and corporate roles.

The role requires 3+ years of recruitment experience, Paylocity/ATS proficiency, and excellent time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

3+ years in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Experience with Paylocity HRIS, ATS, or other recruiting systems.
Experience recruiting in blue-collar, skilled trades or similar fields.
Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer and acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and priorities.
Source candidates via job boards, ATS, social media, career fairs, and colleges.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
Coordinate interview scheduling, materials, and communications with managers.
Develop recruiting strategies based on role requirements and labor market.
Administer offers within compensation structure and coordinate with HR.
Complete pre-employment screening including background checks.
