Job summary

Summit Midstream Corporation in Houston, Texas is seeking a Recruiter to support the full life cycle recruiting across multiple functions. The role would work closely with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and leadership in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and ATS preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements.
• Create and open requisitions in the ATS and post to job boards.
• Proactively source and review candidates daily to build a strong pipeline.
• Phone screen, schedule interviews, and coordinate offers and recruiting events.
• Assist with background checks, drug screens, and onboarding tasks.
