Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles and departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to define team structures and needs.
• Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networks.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and educate managers on best practices.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, metrics, and recruitment analytics.
