Beacon Hill, a leading global staffing firm, seeks a Temporary Recruiting Operations Consultant to join its New York office through year-end. You will support the Talent Acquisition team during the rollout of a Greenhouse ATS and assist with day-to-day recruiting operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Greenhouse experience, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates ownership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or recruiting.
• Recent hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience supporting or participating in an applicant tracking system implementation.
• Experience coordinating recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate tracking, offer administration, and recruiting documentation.
• Positive, proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to work independently.

Our client, a leading global alternative asset management firm, is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Operations Consultant to join its New York office through year-end. This role will support the Talent Acquisition team during the implementation of a new Greenhouse applicant tracking system while also assisting with day-to-day recruiting operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong recent Greenhouse expertise, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach. The hourly rate for this role is $30-$36/hr.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
