Job summary

Eastside Exterminators is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own hiring from requisition to start date, with HR support duties. About 80% of your time will be recruiting, 20% onboarding, HRIS upkeep, and day-to-day people operations. Hybrid option after 90 days in our HQ office in Bothell, WA.

You will manage recruiting for 2–10 roles, partner with managers to define requirements, and ensure a positive candidate experience while complying with Washington pay transparency rules.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year running full-cycle searches independently.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with basic employment law and hiring compliance (EEO, I-9, pay transparency).
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication with candidates, employees, and managers.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Willing to travel to our Oregon offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for 2-10 open roles at a time across the organization.
• Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and realistic timelines.
• Write and post job descriptions that are compliant with Washington pay transparency requirements.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview loops; keep candidates informed at every stage.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (APS Hire) and report on time-to-fill, source of hire, and funnel metrics.
• Extend and negotiate offers; run background checks and reference checks.
