Job summary

CBEM, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team in Lafayette, CA, operating on a hybrid model (3 days in the office). The role manages full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, using Greenhouse ATS, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and guiding new hires through orientation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2–3 years of recruiting experience, and strong knowledge of HR regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and employment law; HR certification a plus.
• Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.
• Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation.
• Source candidates through various platforms, including social media and Boolean searches.
• Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide updates to hiring managers.
• Organize New Hire Orientation and ensure all documentation is completed.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize and attend career fairs, and engage in community outreach to expand the talent pool.
• Promote the company's employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing.
