Job summary

CBEM LLC in Lafayette, CA is seeking a Recruiter to join the HR team in a full-cycle role. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for a growing workforce across locations.

You will use Greenhouse ATS and onboarding tools, build relationships with colleges, conduct phone screens, and help promote CBEM LLC’s employer brand through social media and marketing efforts. The role is hybrid with three days in-office each week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably full-cycle recruiting.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and employment law; HR Certification a plus.
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred) and Google Workspace.
• Proficient with Greenhouse Onboarding (Preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Use ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and maintain thorough documentation.
• Source candidates through various platforms, including social media and Boolean searches.
• Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide updates to hiring managers.
• Organize New Hire Orientation and ensure all documentation is completed.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities, organize and attend career fairs, and engage in community outreach to expand the talent pool.
• Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing.
