Job summary

Westcliff University is seeking a Records Compliance Specialist to maintain the university catalog, track policy changes, and ensure alignment with BPPE and WSCUC standards. You’ll collaborate with the Registrar and other departments to ensure consistency across documents and policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in policy/compliance in higher education, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in policy management or compliance within higher education.
• Familiarity with BPPE and WSCUC preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policy documentation and ensure catalog alignment.
• Collaborate with Registrar and departments on policy updates.
• Conduct regular audits of policy compliance across units.
• Assist in developing processes to improve policy management.
• Serve as a resource on policies and compliance for staff and students.
