This onsite role requires collaboration across departments and attention to FERPA regulations, with responsibilities including reporting, data audits, and stakeholder inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years in a related role.
• Experience with student information systems and lifecycle platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with FERPA and higher education compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of student records and transcripts.
• Oversee grade changes, transcript requests, and degree verifications.
• Post and monitor daily attendance with proper documentation.
• Manage graduation applications, audits, and diploma issuance.
• Provide training on registrar policies and SIS systems to staff.
• Prepare enrollment proofs and respond to third-party inquiries.
