Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience as a compliance analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate compliance requirements and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research regulations and policies shaping how single-family homes are managed and maintained.
• Maintain registrations, licenses, and annual filings; ensure good standing of entities.
