Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a compliance analyst role
• Solid knowledge of real estate industry compliance requirements and standards
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and compliance management software
• Advanced analytical ability with strong research and data collection, management and analysis skills
• Ability to write clear compliance policies, procedures, and documentation and explain them to others

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and document all activity
• Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and legal teams to implement solutions
• Review and update compliance policies and communicate them to management and departments
• Develop new compliance policies and procedures as needed
• Apply for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals
• Track licensing and continuing education requirements
• Conduct quality assurance reviews
• Manage fleet insurance
• Own escalations from start to finish
• Support team with related tasks as needed
