Evergreen Residential is seeking a Compliance Specialist to manage entity compliance across multiple registered agents and jurisdictions, coordinating with legal, operations, and property management. The role ensures filings, notices and training obligations are met on time.

The position is based in Charlotte, NC with a 4/1 hybrid work schedule. This is a temporary role running from November 2026 to April 2027, offering exposure to state regulations and investor reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate, compliance or property management with exposure to compliance/operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory language into actionable documentation.
• Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
• Strong written communication and policy-writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual reports and registered agent filings for many entities across states.
• Maintain database of state licensing and compliance requirements.
• Review notices and route to appropriate teams; escalate when needed.
• Prepare weekly investor compliance reports and respond to follow-up questions.
• Administer Grace Hill LMS, assign training and track completions.
