The position allows for remote or hybrid options where feasible, with travel up to 25–35% dependent on workload. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum experience in Section 42 or related programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications encouraged.
• Knowledge of HOTMA and income eligibility requirements for housing.
• Willingness to obtain applicable certifications within two years.
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews for designated clients.
• Identify and escalate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Research federal/state compliance regulations and apply findings under supervision.
• Work in a deadline-driven environment with oversight to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Meet or exceed established file review productivity benchmarks.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
