Job summary

Your Choice Home Buyer in the Indianapolis metro is hiring a Junior Acquisitions Associate to convert conversations into qualified opportunities and manage a disciplined pipeline. This two-phase role is 80% remote and 20% in-office, with local field and in-home seller appointments as the role progresses; schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with evenings and weekends as needed.

You will learn seller programs, work new and aged leads, and progress toward closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.
• Real estate experience not required.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 80% remote / 20% in-office.

Responsibilities

• Convert seller conversations into qualified acquisition opportunities.
• Turn long-term follow-up into new revenue opportunities.
• Run a pipeline the team can trust.
• Earn acquisition readiness through training, role-play, and coaching.
