Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a Home Buying Specialist in a hybrid role.Responsibilities include following up on leads, valuing homes, analyzing comps, negotiating acquisitions, and conducting due diligence for closings.

You will meet homeowners, present offers, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title professionals. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with strong communication and computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
• Strong communication skills and computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
