Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare.
• 1+ year of recruiting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including background checks.
• Screen, interview, and refer applicants for clinical, technical, administrative and management positions.
• Post positions on internal and external job sites; review resumes; perform initial screenings.
• Maintain compliance with onboarding processes and communicate with BCHP Payroll.
