Job summary

C M T A Inc is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the New York City office. In this role, you will assist in the proposal development process, ensuring alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, exceptional writing and organizational skills, and familiarity with MEP/AEC industry.

This position offers a collaborative work environment with flexible days between office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal development or project coordination.
• MEP/AEC Industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination, preparation, and submission of RFPs and client requests.
• Review documents to identify key requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the RFP process.
