Job summary

ECORP Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support proposals and SOQs in response to RFPs and RFQs.

The role manages deadlines, ensures accuracy, and delivers high-quality results, with a hybrid schedule allowing remote work up to 2 days per week and on-site at one of ECORP's six offices the other days. The position requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least two years of experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry is highly desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office, Deltek Vision (CRM), and Constant Contact.
• Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of proposals and SOQs, including scopes, resumes, charts, tables, and cover letters.
• Develop and manage outlines, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each proposal.
• Support Go/No-Go decision processes and Proposal Management meetings.
• Proofread, edit, and format proposal documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Manage CRM/proposal data, generate reports on status and win/loss.
• Collaborate with Proposal Managers, leads, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide support to Director of Marketing and proposal team as needed.
