Job summary

AECOM seeks a Proposal Management Specialist to support our NYC Metro marketing team in a hybrid role. You will manage RFQ/RFP responses, lead proposal strategy, develop timelines, and coordinate graphics and content across disciplines.

The position requires collaboration with subconsultants and strong QA to ensure client requirements are met. Based in the NY Metro area, the role combines remote work with in-office days, typically at the Manhattan office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field required.
• 3-4 years of proposal experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with ability to manage varied tasks on schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to write and edit proposal materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFQ and RFP across multiple disciplines.
• Lead or participate in proposal strategy with capture teams and win plan themes.
• Develop proposal outlines and schedules for compliance.
• Run proposal team meetings and coordinate revisions with review direction.
• Gather materials, write/edit content, ensure client requirement compliance.
• Coordinate graphics and subconsultant marketing materials.
