Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist II to support the NY Metro marketing team in a hybrid role based near New York City. You will lead RFQ/RFP responses across transportation, water, environment/energy, PM/CM, coordinating with graphics and subconsultants.

The role requires a BA/BS with at least 2 years of marketing/proposal experience, strong writing/editing, and proficiency in InDesign and Salesforce. Office visits expected ~1 day/week.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, English or related field.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead/provide support for proposals.
• Experience in the AEC industry or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFQs and RFPs across multiple disciplines.
• Lead proposal strategy development and win themes.
• Create proposal outlines and schedules ensuring client compliance.
