Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, where the team is 100% employee-owned, is seeking a Proposal/Pursuit Coordinator to drive regional marketing efforts and coordinate government proposals. This hybrid role combines office collaboration with field coordination to ensure timely, compelling submissions.

The position emphasizes pursuit management, QA of proposals, and coordination with SMEs. AEC industry experience and strong MS Office/CRM skills are preferred, with TN visa eligibility for certain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of AEC industry-related experience, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process.
• Experience with word processing software.
• Understands marketing principles.
• Preferred experience with Adobe InDesign and Wordsflow plugin.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare and review government form proposals, EOIs, and technical proposals.
• Enter RFPs/Advertisements into CRM and manage pursuit phases from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop pursuit outlines and coordinate content with SMEs for proposals.
• Produce compliant, high-quality submissions with strong customer service.
