Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist to support the NY Metro marketing team in a hybrid role, combining remote work with in-office presence typically once a week in Manhattan. The position focuses on RFQ/RFP responses across disciplines and ensures compliant, high-quality proposals.

You will develop outlines, manage schedules, coordinate graphics and external partners, and lead QA/QC processes to deliver compelling marketing content and successful submissions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS+ with at least 2 years leading or supporting proposal/marketing activity within the AEC industry or an equivalent combination of education/work.
• Strong writing/editing skills and attention to detail for proposal content.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFQs and RFPs across multiple disciplines (transportation, water, environment/energy, PM/CM).
• Lead or support proposal strategy development with capture teams and win plan themes.
• Develop outlines, schedules, and manage them for compliance and on-time submissions.
• Coordinate graphics and subconsultants; ensure QA/QC of materials and final layouts in InDesign.
