Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Junior Proposal Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator to support responses to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to lead pursuit teams with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy and quality.

Key duties include developing LORs, proposals, SOQs, and marketing materials, plus coordinating presentations and maintaining resumes and project profiles.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in engineering/architectural industry preferred.
• Experience with InDesign is a plus.
• Creative thinking with a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience required.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• US Citizen or Legal Resident.

Responsabilidades

• Development of LORs, Proposals and SOQs.
• Technical writing, editing and proofreading.
• Production of proposal/qualification packages and marketing materials.
• Preparation of standard documents in conformance with Owner/Client standards.
• Coordination and facilitation of project pursuit meetings.
• Preparation of corporate and project-specific presentations.
• Updating and maintaining company-wide resumes and project profiles.
• Other duties as requested.
