Job summary

LHH is seeking a highly organized Proposal Coordinator to drive proposal development, marketing initiatives, and business development support in Milwaukee’s professional services environment.

The role coordinates opportunities, drafts content, and collaborates with technical teams to deliver polished proposals and presentations using InDesign and MS Office. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or professional services is preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal pursuits from opportunity identification through final submission.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, and qualification requests to identify requirements and deadlines.
• Develop proposal schedules and manage internal milestones.
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather resumes, project descriptions, and supporting content.
• Create, edit, format, and produce professional proposals and presentations using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Maintain proposal templates, project profiles, resumes, and marketing resources.
• Support interview presentations and business development materials.
• Track proposal activity and pursuit performance.
• Maintain marketing collateral, project sheets, and presentation materials.
• Assist with website updates, event coordination, and special marketing initiatives.
