Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, qualifications, and presentations and to research business development opportunities across the firm.

You will collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices and time zones in a virtual/hybrid environment, partnering with architects, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to drive growth and market visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry.
Experience with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare proposals, qualifications, and presentations from concept through completion.
Edit and create graphic materials and project resumes for RFQs, RFPs, and other marketing efforts.
Coordinate, track, and support business development and marketing activities.
Maintain organized proposal, project, and marketing information with deadlines and materials.
Collaborate with staff across offices and time zones in a virtual/hybrid environment.
Support coordination of trade shows, client events, and meetings to ensure deadlines.
