Job summary

The Freeman Company, a leader in live events, seeks a Project Manager – Business Operations in Las Vegas, NV. You will support the GM and Director of Operations, plan and drive regional projects, and work with multiple teams to improve efficiencies.

Hybrid schedule with in-office/show-site work about 3 days per week. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s- or equivalent-level education and 3+ years of project management experience in live events or AV production, with demonstrated leadership and

• Experience planning and executing regional operations for events.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of regional operations to support events.
• Coordinate with operations and sales to share relevant information for optimal execution.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, facilities, and labor providers.
• Attend pre-con meetings and site surveys.
• Review documentation to produce events in the region.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed on show sites.
