Job summary

The Freeman Company in Henderson, NV is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Show Site to support on-site event execution. You will assist Project Managers with coordination, prepare production documents, floorplans, schedules, and crew assignments, and coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Exhibitor Services.

Hybrid work 3 days/week in Las Vegas area. Ideal candidates have strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to travel, lift up to 25 lbs, and work long hours during

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn floorplan tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day on-site coordination, including installation and dismantle.
• Prepare production documents, floorplans, schedules, material lists, and crew assignments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Growth, Warehouse, Creative, Event Technology, Exhibitor Services, and Logistics to ensure timely information flow.
• Serve as on-site point of contact to address operational questions, escalate issues, and meet client needs.
• Assist with vendor coordination, including deliveries, labor providers, facility contacts, and specialty service partners.
• Monitor show-site progress and identify risks, conflicts, or delays; communicate updates to the Project Manager or Growth Partners.
• Support budget tracking by capturing real-time labor, equipment usage, and other billable items.
• Help maintain safety compliance and culture on site.
• Support post-show wrap-up activities including updating production documents and lessons-learned reporting.
