Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Project Manager - Business Operations to support the General Manager and Director of Operations in planning and executing regional projects. You will coordinate with operations and sales teams to share critical information and drive efficient execution of events.

The role supports the Audio Visual Production team, travels up to 25% and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma accepted.
• Minimum 3 years of professional industry experience.
• At least 2 years' experience managing projects.
• Working knowledge of audio visual systems and live event production.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write reports and present to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM and Director of Operations with planning and execution of regional projects.
• Coordinate with operations and sales to share relevant operational information.
• Support Audio Visual Production team and show-site planning.
• Plan and implement operational activities; resolve production schedule conflicts.
• Build relationships with suppliers, facilities, and labor providers.
• Attend pre-con meetings and site surveys as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and quality control performed.
• Measure project performance to identify improvements.
