Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Project Manager - Show Site to serve as the trusted on-site operational anchor for live events in the Las Vegas area. You will bridge sales, design, facility management, and union labor to deliver client requirements, control costs, and ensure a seamless flow of information from pre-production through post-event reconciliation.

Applicants should have 5–7 years in AV/live event operations, proficiency with Vectorworks/AutoCAD, and PMI PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• CAD & Layouts: read and interpret technical floor plans, rigging plots, and room layouts with Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
• Minimum 5-7 years in convention, trade show, hotel, or staging operations.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Audio/Visual Project Management or live event production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end on-site execution, from load-in to strike and post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate with sales, project design, facility management, and union labor to ensure smooth information flow.
• Lead daily on-site briefings, track timekeeping, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage staffing, badging, and union labor procedures; liaise with venue rules and subarea requirements.
• Capture post-show data and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
