Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Deployment Specialist to forecast and assign graphic production tasks, ensuring quality and on-time delivery for live events in Las Vegas. This role supports our Event & Exhibit Services team and offers a hybrid work schedule (in-office and show-site 2–3 days per week).

You will coordinate with outsource partners, manage show-site logistics, and collaborate with Freeman operations to meet show deadlines while traveling as needed and maintaining strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in live events.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Workfront.
• CP3 and Passport systems experience.
• Knowledge of show-site operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage graphic production assignments and allocate to resources.
• Primary contact for outsource partners.
• Communicate status and delivery with stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery plans with Freeman operations and branches.
• Travel to show sites to support graphic needs.
• Attend event and account planning meetings.
• Ensure production quality meets standards.
