The Freeman Company is seeking an Implementation Project Manager in Orlando to own pre-production, tools, documentation, and communications for events. This role supports the Audio Visual Production team and may require 2-3 in-office/show-site days weekly.

You will manage timelines, coordinate with labor, CAD work, and vendor facilities to ensure seamless handoffs and successful events.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalently with relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Trained in customer service.
• 1+ years in managing projects.
• 5+ years in show production.

Aufgaben

• Pre-Production Customer Collaboration and Growth Team coordination.
• Identify customer needs relating to budgeted equipment and services.
• Collaborate with design teams to communicate customer expectations.
• Produce events to budget and manage pre-production workflow.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse on timelines and schedules.
• Lead pre-production, production, and pre-con meetings for assigned events.
• Oversee on-site check-ins and handoffs to the event team.
