Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Project Designer - LED to plan, coordinate, and technically design LED requirements for produced events. This role educates technical, sales, and show-site staff across divisions and supports the AV Production team.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office/show-site work 2-3 days per week, and options across Dallas, Las Vegas, or Orlando. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in live event production, with at least 5 years in production management, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or comparable professional experience.
Minimum 10 years in live event production with at least 5 years in overall production management.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients, sales, operations, and project managers to design events within budget.
Create LED diagrams and ensure on-site teams understand the design.
Schedule and allocate personnel to optimize resources.
Communicate load-in/load-out and installation planning to site teams.
Coordinate and supervise technical and labor crews for LED events.
Oversee LED requirements across multiple elements and materials.
Review budget impacts with Client Solutions Manager.
