Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own the pre-production process, tools, documentation and hand-offs for assigned events. This role supports the Audio Visual Production team and involves planning General Sessions, Meeting Rooms, Show Management Areas and General Exhibits.

Hybrid work in Orlando, FL is required 2–3 days per week. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in show production, 1+ year in project management, and strong Vectorworks skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• Trained in customer service.
• 1+ year in managing projects.
• 5+ years’ experience in show production.
• Proficient Vectorworks skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-production, production and pre-con meetings for assigned events.
• Coordinate with design, logistics and labor teams to schedule and staff events.
• Collaborate with facilities for site arrangements and show-site preparations.
• Maintain CAD drawings and version control during design and planning phases.
• Oversee handoff to the on-site team and ensure smooth event execution.
