WSP Global Inc. seeks a Project Controls Specialist to join our Project Controls team. This hybrid role is based at the client location in Columbus, NE.

You will support project planning and document control, maintaining the EDMS and coordinating with the client and project manager. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in document control within the power, energy, or construction sectors, plus strong Microsoft Office and collaboration skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of project experience in a Document Control or similar role in Power and Energy or construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SharePoint, Procore, Autodesk, eBuilder, Bluebeam and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Excellent organization, coordination and prioritizing skills.
• Strong reading, comprehension and written retention.

• Develop and support project planning activities through implementation.
• Maintain document management for contract and project documents.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring workflow processes.
• Work within the EDMS system and document management standards.
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure timely processing of documents.
• Schedule and attend project meetings with the client.
