Job summary

Delta Dental of Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana is seeking a Project Analyst to support planning, implementing, and documenting department projects in a hybrid Okemos, MI setting.

The role involves coordinating responses to information requests, maintaining templates, and preparing reports for existing and new business.nThe ideal candidate has an associate degree in business administration and at least four years of relevant experience, with strong communication and analytical skills to operate

Qualifications

• Requires an associate’s degree in business admin or related field and 4 years' experience handling customer information.
• Knowledge of claims processing system.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and implementing department projects.
• Participates in creating and maintaining custom group documentation for the department.
• Participates in the performance improvement process.
• Assists in developing training materials and schedules and may conduct training.
• Coordinates licensing information and commissions for agents with organizational relationships.
• Assists in responding to group information requests in new business or renewal processes.
• Maintains document language, templates, and forms.
• Assembles GEO mapping reports for existing/new business and RFPs.
• May assist with the monthly Sales Report.
• Performs other related assigned duties as described.
