Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI-enabled tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advances assigned organizational development initiatives with stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinates workplans, milestones, and documentation for initiatives.
• Evaluates stakeholder needs and recommends solutions in organizational effectiveness.
• Creates communications, presentations, and job aids supporting program objectives.
• Interprets feedback and coordinates curriculum planning and attendee management.
