Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assists with planning and implementing department projects; maintains project documentation.
• Participates in the performance improvement process.
• Assists in developing training materials and schedules; may conduct training.
• Assists in coordinating licensing information for agents/agencies with business relationships.
• Assembles and distributes GEO mapping reports for existing and new business and for RFPs.
• May assist with the monthly Sales Report.
