This role directs a cross-functional team, supervises fellows, and coordinates recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing improvement initiatives within a hybrid work arrangement (40% remote, 60% onsite) in the Milwaukee metro area. Responsibilities include maintaining timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding data-driven program improvements while fostering strong

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum Required Experience: 8 years.
• Preferred Education: Master's degree.
• Preferred Experience: Excel experience.
• Staff supervision experience.
• Prior experience with formal leadership development programs and/or Administrative Fellowship programs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordinated activities of the Administrative Fellowship program.
• Oversee program data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
• Develop and maintain program materials, websites, forms, and reports.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to Administrative Fellows.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and pipeline development for post-fellowship opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement activities and partnerships.
