Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) seeks an experienced leader to oversee the Administrative Fellowship program, guiding collaborative teams toward program goals and outcomes. You will drive improvement initiatives and coordinate cross-functional activities across departments.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor Fellows, manage recruitment/onboarding, and maintain program materials and partnerships to sustain growth and impact within MCW’s clinical and research ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years experience.
• Leadership and mentorship experience preferred.
• Experience with fellowship or admin programs preferred.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead coordinated activities of the Administrative Fellowship program.
• Provide direction and guidance to the team to facilitate achievement of program goals.
• Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of program materials and databases.
• Organize internal/external meetings, site visits, and events.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and pipeline of post-fellowship opportunities.
• Ensure program data and progress are reported to stakeholders.
