Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a skilled program education coordinator to support APP workforce educational programming and collaborate with the Fellowship Directors and the Scholarship and Education Directors. The role involves managing applications, coordinating with departments, and shaping clinical transition-to-practice initiatives.

The position is hybrid (60% onsite, 40% remote) and requires residing in the Metro Milwaukee area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of related experience

Responsabilités

• Execute institutional or program activities with independence (educational events, training, learner recruitment, orientation, scheduling, graduation) including APP Grand Rounds and CME programming.
• Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements and manage related activities to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers.
• Design and produce educational materials (brochures, flyers, website, handbooks).
• Monitor programmatic budgets and oversee program education coordinators.
