Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an Administrative Fellow Program Manager to lead and coordinate the Administrative Fellowship program. The role includes directing team activities, mentoring Fellows, and driving improvement across cross-functional efforts.

You will oversee data management, recruitment/onboarding, and the development of post-fellowship opportunities while collaborating with clinical departments and program stakeholders in a hybrid Milwaukee setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute for education.
• 8 years minimum professional experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Excel experience and staff supervision preferred; leadership program experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the coordinated activities of the Administrative Fellowship program.
• Provide direction to the team to facilitate achievement of program goals.
• Lead improvement and change activities aligned with strategic, cross-functional efforts.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and dissemination to stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, site visits, and special events.
• Mentor and supervise Administrative Fellows; oversee recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain post-fellowship opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with clinical departments and operational leaders on projects.
