The role emphasizes data handling, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to engage community partners and participate in relevant committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; education may be substituted with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of program management experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program timeline and track deadlines.
• Develop and manage program budget.
• Schedule people and material resources.
• Recruit and train program staff.
• Coordinate development of program materials and reports.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
• Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and events.
• Oversee training for program participants.
• Coordinate and manage program outreach activities and liaise with community organizations.
• Ensure program data and progress are reported to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
