Job summary

Humana Inc, CenterWell Senior Primary Care, is seeking a Program Delivery Lead to oversee operations and performance management for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. Based in The Villages, FL, you will partner with BH strategy and clinical leaders to design end-to-end processes and enable data-driven decision making.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, define metrics, and collaborate with EMR product, analytics, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work)
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health
• 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., interfacing between clinical leadership and product development)
• Experience developing performance dashboards with metric definitions and quality checks, and defining product feature specifications
• Excellent collaboration and high emotional intelligence; ability to connect stakeholders and optimize system-level processes
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs, data integrations)
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting
• Own program reporting and communicate insights to market leaders and PCO executives
• Partner with EMR product, clinical analytics, Medical Economics, and others to define metrics and strengthen reporting
• Own business partnership and design input for technical products supporting Tandem Care and PCO clinicians
• Establish collaborative relationships with clinical, technology, data and analytics leaders to drive adoption of new strategies
• Manage special projects for the National BH Director on an ad hoc basis
