Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., health care administration, business administration, social work).
• 5+ years of healthcare strategy and operations experience.
• Experience translating between clinical leadership and product teams.
• Experience designing performance dashboards and metric definitions.
• Strong collaboration and high EQ; able to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance and KPIs.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program performance.
• Communicate program impact to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with EMR product, clinical analytics, and Medical Economics teams.
• Define metrics and data integration to strengthen reporting.
• Support delivery by partnering with clinicians and product teams.
• Manage ad hoc special projects for the National BH Director.
