Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Program Delivery Lead to oversee Tandem Behavioral Health Care program operations, analytics, and future-state strategy within CenterWell at The Villages, FL. You will partner with clinical and technology teams to drive performance and ensure end-to-end program execution.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, dashboard design, and stakeholder collaboration, with hybrid work and a focus on care delivery rather than clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work).
• 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including health-related product, IT, analytics.
• 5+ years cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., bridging clinical leadership and product development).
• Experience in developing performance dashboards, defining metric definitions, and product feature specifications.
• Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; ability to optimize system-level processes and build relationships across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance (access, quality, cost, budgets, KPIs, data integrations).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to measure program performance and support executive reporting.
• Own program reporting and communicate impact to market leaders and executives.
• Partner with EMR product team, clinical analytics, Medical Economics to define metrics and strengthen reporting.
• Define input for technical products that support Tandem Care and PCO clinicians with product teams.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical teams, data/analytics leaders, and other stakeholders to drive adoption of strategies.
• Manage special projects on request from the National BH Director.
